• What is the InvoiCy Referral Program?

  The InvoiCy Referral Program is an initiative by MIGRATE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO LTDA., aimed at recognizing and rewarding individuals or legal entities, hereinafter referred to as “REFERRERS”, who refer new clients to the company. Participation in the Program is completely voluntary, without establishing any employment, corporate, or hierarchical relationship between MIGRATE and the REFERRER.

• Who can participate in the Program?

  Both individuals and legal entities can participate. Individuals must be over 18 years old, while legal entities must be duly incorporated and have an active CNPJ registration. Current clients and commercial partners of MIGRATE, as well as any other interested person, can also be REFERRERS.

• How can I make a referral?

  The process is simple and entirely online:
  - Fill out the referral form available on MIGRATE’s website.
  - If you are already a client, you can access the “Refer InvoiCy” button directly on the platform’s login screen, being redirected to the official form.
  - Only referrals submitted exclusively through the referral page available on Migrate’s official website at https://migrate.info/programa-indicacao-migrate/invoicy will be considered valid and eligible for rewards.

• What information do I need to provide?

  You must correctly provide the referred person’s details, such as full name, company, email, and phone number. Only with this information can the sales team make contact and validate the referral.

• When will a referral be considered valid?

  A referral will only be valid if:
  - The REFERRED person’s contact information is valid and correct;
  - The REFERRED signs a contract with MIGRATE;
  - The REFERRED makes the first monthly payment;
  - There is no duplicate referral (only the first registered will be considered);
  - The REFERRED is not an active client of the corresponding service and/or a company already under negotiation with MIGRATE;
  - The REFERRER does not refer themselves or a company in which they are a partner/owner.

• Does the referral have an expiration date?

  Yes. Each referral is valid for 180 days from the registration date. If the contract is signed after this period, there will be no entitlement to the reward.

• What are the reward amounts?

  The reward will be granted only once for each contract that is effectively closed and converted. The reward amount ranges between R$ 500.00 (five hundred reais) and R$ 2,000.00 (two thousand reais), depending on the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) range of the contract signed with the referred client. The payment will be made through Hub4Pay, which will provide a prepaid virtual MasterCard® for the exclusive use of the Referrer with the amount paid by MIGRATE.

• How will I receive my reward?

  The reward amount will be credited to a prepaid card managed by Hub4Pay.
  This card will be available in virtual format and will function as a payment method offered by Hub4Pay, allowing the REFERRER to make purchases and pay for services using previously credited funds. It is a prepaid payment instrument, not a credit limit, and its use is restricted to the available balance.
  The virtual card can be used for online transactions and, additionally, in physical stores through digital wallets at establishments that accept the corresponding brand, both for in-person and online purchases. Rewards vary according to the closed contract’s MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue):
  - Bronze: from R$ 500,00 to R$ 2.000,00 → R$ 500.00
  - Silver: from R$ 2,000.01 to R$ 5,000.00 → R$ 1,000.00
  - Gold: from R$ 5,000.01 to R$ 10,000.00 → R$ 1,500.00
  - Diamond: above R$ 10,000.00 → R$ 2,000.00
  Note: Each confirmed referral generates an individual reward, with no accumulation between different referrals.

• Is there a limit on referrals?

  No. You can refer as many people or companies as you wish. The more qualified referrals, the greater your chances of earning rewards.

• Will the shared personal data be protected?

  Yes. MIGRATE processes personal data in strict compliance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law - LGPD) and other applicable laws, as well as in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. All processing is carried out transparently, securely, and with legitimate purpose, limited to the activities necessary for the execution and management of the Program, in compliance with data protection principles.
